SALES TERMS AND ORDERS
The buyer needs to be 16 or older to buy products on our website. He can order only if he is a customer and not a reseller. He ensures that the info provided to Z3R0D when placing his order is correct, precise and exhaustive.
All info is given on our website for information purposes only. Anytime, Z3R0D holds the right to check an order and potentially refuse it. The order will be considered as refused and cancelled if it is not confirmed within 10 working days and without any email or message from us.
All orders are submitted to our approval. We hold the right to refuse an order for the following reasons:
- If products shown on the website are not available ;
- If we cannot get the payment authorization for your order ;
- If delivery restrictions apply to a product
- If products shown on the website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described
Once the order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation with your order number, the detail of the ordered products and delivery information (tracking number).

QUALITY & CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRODUCTS
Product pictures on the pages of our website show the product as close to what it looks like in real as possible. Yet, minor differences in color and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Z3R0D is not liable for these variations and deviations.
Z3R0D draws your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the products and detailed in the Quality & Care Instruction section. Z3R0D is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of the products, including handling contrary to the instructions.
WARRANTY SERVICE FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The quality of our items is essential at Z3R0D. We thoroughly test all our Products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. Z3R0D has a legal obligation to make sure that the products are conform to the sales contract. The customer has 2 years to assert the warranty on the product after its delivery.
If you want to return a product that you think is faulty, you first need to send us pictures highlighting the fault in the product. We will then ask you to send us the product following our procedure and the faulty item will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and refunded or replaced according to your wish if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective Products.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product is returned to you. We do not refund products:
- Obtained from a source other than the website
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of racing suits for intensive training, use of wetsuits for surfing, etc.)
- Bought on the website with a customized print
- Returned without our initial approval after the receiving of the pictures
Please note the life expectancy of any Z3R0D product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Our products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable lifespan of the product are not replaced.

We do not guarantee that the website or any of its content will always be accessible or uninterrupted. Access to the website is temporarily authorized only. We can hold, delete, interrupt or modify all or parts of the website without advance notice. Z3R0D will not be hold responsible for unavailability of the website, for any reason, anytime.
Considering the high number of visitors on our website, the high demand on some items and our stock update service, items might exceptionally be already sold when you order them. Orders placed between Friday noon and Sunday evening are checked on the following Monday morning. Please note that the order confirmation only confirms that we received your order but it is only once you receive an email with your tracking number that your purchase is 100% confirmed and your item(s) shipped.
PRICE AND TAXES
Purchase price of the products sold on the www.zerod.com website are in euros and include all taxes. These prices exclude shipping fees and potential custom fees depending on the country of your delivery address. Please check the Shipping & Delivery section for more information. For any order, a detailed invoice will be issued with mention of the taxes.
Z3R0D holds the right to modify prices anytime but products will be invoiced on the basis of the applied prices when the customer places the order and within stock availability. Z3R0D holds the right to modify, restrict, limit or close a special offer or promotion, anytime.
Promotional vouchers are given on specific conditions of use (validity period, number of uses). They cannot be cumulated with any other promotional offer or reduction.
VAT and taxes
· Delivery in Metropolitan France and in the EU:
Orders are subject to the French VAT (19,6%). No extra payment of taxes at reception of goods. VAT cannot be claimed back.
· Worldwide delivery and DOM TOM:
Prices are calculated tax-free automatically. Orders can be subject to customs fees or any other local taxes. SARL AKOMP and www.zerod.com cannot be held responsible for these and they will remain your exclusive responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments. SAFE PAYMENT AND INVOICES
Any purchase made on the website is paid when confirming the order via a secured payment made with a credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).
Credit card payment is processed on the payment website of our bank partner, la Société Générale. Your confidential information are coded not to be intercepted and only our bank will access them.
We issue an invoice available to you on our website and in your mailbox and this one materializes the purchase. We recommend that you keep this document which will be asked for any potential return or exchange.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping terms and conditions
Z3R0D ships worldwide using different carriers.
For mainland France, we use GLS and offer you the choice between 2 options:
- Delivery at a parcel drop off point (Mondial Relay)
- Delivery at your address (no delivery on Saturday)
Delivery takes between 24 and 48hours from the confirmation of your order, Monday to Friday. Your phone number is mandatory to ensure the receipt if you selected the delivery at your personnal address. We will not be held responsible for any drawing out in the delivery time (namely because of strikes, loss or deterioration of the parcel) which is given on an indicative basis only. If this delivery time happens to be longer than initially scheduled, you cannot ask for a refund (partial or total).
Delivery time for customized products (printed suits and t-shirts) will be longer because of the time needed to print the garment.
Shipping to Europe is made with GLS as well. Delivery time is between 5 to 10 working days, depending on the country.
Shipping outside Europe is made with Colissimo International and delivery time may take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the country.

Shipping costs depend on the total amount of your order and the shipping zone. When confirming your order, you will see the delivery options if the delivery address is based in France and the fees will be clearly indicated and written on your invoice. In mainland France, there are 7€ shipping costs for any order which total amount is below 80€. Shipping is free from 80€ purchase. For European countries, depending on your zone, shipping fees are either 10€ or 15€ for purchases below 160€. In both cases, they are free for orders which amount is above 160€. For the third European zone, there are 20€ shipping fees whatever the amount of the order. Please find all details on the Shipping & Delivery section.
To track your parcel and if this one is delivered to a European country, please check the Track my order section and indicate your GLS tracking number (which is emailed to you when we ship your parcel).
If your parcel is delivered outside Europe, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check the delivery status.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You have twenty (20) days from the date on which you receive the parcel to make a withdrawal. Here are the steps you have to follow and the conditions of acceptance:
Terms of acceptance:
- A twenty days period after the delivery of the parcel
- The product must be brand new, neither worn or used, in its packaging with labels on it.
If these two conditions are respected, you have to sign in our return form.
- Customized products cannot be returned (unless there is a production issue on the product)
- Only the items bought on www.z3r0d.com can be sent back via the online return process. Items that have been bought somewhere else cannot be returned (products bought at a retailer or on an expo
If your return complies with those conditions, you will get a refund of the amount of the item (and initial shipping fees unless there were other items in the order that you keep, in that case, the initial shipping fees will not be refunded).
The refund will be made on the credit card you used for the payment when we receive the goods, if those are in perfect shape, in compliance with the conditions listed above.
Once you get this refund, you can, if you want to switch the item with another one, order the item on the website.
After this 20 days period, we will not take any item back (unless there is a production issue on it, please go to our Warranty Service section if this is the case).
Would there be any dispute regarding any aspect of these General Terms of Sales, this would be subjected to French Law.
The consumer has a 20 days period to use his withdrawal right, without any justification nor penalty fees. This 20 days period starts when the consumer receives the goods (which is confirmed with the tracking number).
To use this right, we ask you to sign in the withdrawal form available online and follow our online procedure to return the item(s).
